• Our Reservation List is designed for families who are open to selecting their puppy based on more than appearance alone. Families looking for specific preferences are encouraged to wait until after reservation selections are completed at five weeks of age to see which puppies may best fit their needs.

We share updates across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, our website, and GoodDog, allowing families to stay connected, follow along, and be part of their puppy’s journey from the very beginning.

1. Selecting your puppy marks the beginning of the final step in our process. At this time, you'll complete and sign your Health Guarantee and Spay/Neuter Agreement. Once your agreements have been finalized, your remaining balance invoice will be sent, with payment due upon puppy selection.

• Before joining their new families, each puppy will receive age-appropriate vaccinations and a comprehensive veterinary examination to ensure they are healthy, developing appropriately, and prepared for the next chapter of their journey.

• As part of our puppy placement agreement, all families are required to activate their complimentary 30-day Trupanion insurance coverage 24 hours prior to puppy pick-up. Once enrollment is complete, please send a screenshot of your confirmation.

• 24 hours prior to pickup, families will complete the transfer of their puppy’s microchip registration into their name, ensuring all information is updated before their puppy joins their family.

• To ensure each puppy’s transition remains smooth and our schedule stays prepared for upcoming litters, puppies remaining in our care beyond their scheduled go-home date will incur a $50 per night boarding fee.
